A relaxing vacation should not be all about EATING AND SLEEPING. Well, at least in my definition. Its a chance to rejuvenate your stressed out mind and body. It is an escape from the hustle and bustle of the urban jungle. The vacation is the chance to relax, think and improve your wellness. My recent vacation was not all about getting wasted and eating all fatty foods.
Even if there is an endless array of parties, its still best what you have. A shot of tequila has a lot of calories. Smoothies are a better alternative to soda. Fresh seafood and salads are a better choice than steaks and mashed potatoes. Remember that you are on a vacation to relax and unwind, not to gain weight. You worked so hard for months to get that amazing beach body. Why pack up on carbs and fat while dining out?
We all need rest and some fun. Remember to keep fun at a minimum. If you can’t try to be responsible and watch what you gobble. After all, what you eat is what you are.
